TCS provide Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) for electrical maintenance across the country providing emergency callouts etc.
TCS have now extended the services they can offer to include Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) this means you can now have our quality services on contract. The agreements are bespoke to your requirements you can choose which services you require from the Test and Inspection services to the Projects services, Consultancy retainers or a maintenance schedule where agreed number of visits are carried out for routine maintenance.
This enables electrical maintenance costs to be set group wise and gives groups one point of contact for ease of management and one standard across the group. If you have the maintenance package it can be set up so that certain jobs are carried out weekly or monthly etc and that any work being carried out is compliant with the necessary legislation.
