THERMOGRAPHIC / ELECTRICAL INSPECTION SERVICES

Infrared thermography is a non-contact method of determining the heat distribution on the surfaces of objects, and has a wide range of applications.

These tests can reveal abnormal component temperatures before they result in failure. This allows remedial action or replacement to avoid costly disruption in Installations containing:

• Electrical Control Panels
• Motor Windings
• Bearings

Thermal testing also clearly show heat losses, that mean wasted energy costs, due to inadequate insulation, as in:

• Uneven Refractory Wear
• Heat Loss from Buildings
• Steam Line Leaks

Environmental surveys can have a huge cost-saving benefit by reducing the amount of energy lost from buildings, refrigeration units, ovens etc. It is an effective survey that does not interfere with the day-to-day operations, and can significantly reduce increasing energy bills.

A preliminary report can be given before we leave site, and full reports are supplied on hard copy with CD-ROM as an option.
