Q. What is the history of TCS (UK) Limited?
A. We are a family run business establish 25 years ago carrying out thermographic surveys, carrying out surveys around the world for various industries. Our clients were so impressed with our high quality service we were asked to provide more services, it is from this TCS has grown to the company today responding to clients needs.
Q. Do you use sub contractors?
A. We believe the only way to ensure the quality and attention to detail we insist on is by having a highly skilled workforce who meet our exacting standards.
Q. Does TCS charge to carryout initial surveys and discuss what the requirements are?
A. No we believe that you should not pay for us to carryout initial surveys, we believe in creating a partnership of trust with our clients, we expect that what we provide will be treated as confidential. If we both don’t have the same level of professionalism and trust then we aren’t the company for you.
Q. How do you know we will offer the best package for you and not the best financially for TCS?
A. Because TCS is not tied in to any one manufacturer whether it is lighting or any other piece of equipment it enables us to look at a project as a whole. If we for instance just supplied 1 lighting companies lights they may not have all the fittings that are best for your site. We can pick and choose from all the manufacturers which equipment is best for certain applications. The other advantage over our competition is as install as well as design and supply we can do what ever is necessary to achieve the best results from moving circuits, rewires or installing new distribution, truly a ‘One Stop Shop’. We are constantly looking at new technology on the market to make sure we can provide the latest technology.
Q. Everybody claims to offer the best products and services, why should you believe TCS over them?
A. Nobody will ever say they will offer you a poor products, which does make it difficult who to believe. If your only concern is how cheap can I get the job done then TCS is not the company for you. We believe in using the best products for the job that does not automatically mean the most expensive. We look at build quality, build design warranty etc all as important as price. To the quality of service we have never lost a client through our quality of work or service in 25 years. In fact we have been working with some companies for in excess of 20 years, or we have worked with individuals who have moved to new companies and they have taken us with them again for over 20 years.
